Treating scabies

Information note

Scabies does not go away by itself and should always be treated. Treatment for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under two years of age should be administered in consultation with a doctor. This information letter describes who you must notify and inform, which medicines that are available, step-by-step information on how the treatment is carried out, what you should do after treatment and what you do if the treatment does not work.
